Due to the nature of digital marketing, consulting, and creative services, most services provided by Thinkster are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Our services involve strategic planning, research, technical implementation, and creative work that require significant time and expertise.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for the following services once the work has started:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services
- Social Media Marketing campaigns
- Paid Advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Website Design & Development projects
- Branding and creative design services
- Strategy, consultation, or digital marketing audits
Once the project or campaign has been initiated, payments made are considered compensation for time, resources, and expertise invested.
Advance Payments
Some services may require advance payments before the project begins.
If a client cancels the project before work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or consultation charges.
Monthly Marketing Services
For recurring services such as:
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Paid Advertising Management
- Payments are billed monthly in advance.
- Once the monthly cycle has started, no refunds will be issued for the active billing period.
Clients may cancel services before the next billing cycle begins.
Project-Based Services
For services such as website design, branding, or development:
- Payments are typically divided into milestones.
- Once a milestone is completed and approved, that portion of the payment becomes non-refundable.
- If the client chooses to discontinue the project midway, payment will be required for the work completed up to that stage.
Third-Party Costs
Refunds do not apply to third-party costs, including but not limited to:
- Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Domain registrations
- Hosting services
- Paid tools or software subscriptions
- Stock images or licensed assets
These costs are controlled by external providers and are non-refundable by Thinkster.
Service Cancellation
Clients who wish to cancel services must provide written notice via email before the next billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, Thinkster may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
- Work has not started
- Service delivery has not commenced
- There has been a billing error
The final decision regarding refunds will remain at the sole discretion of Thinkster.
