We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who understands that social media isn’t just about posting content. It’s about building presence, driving engagement, and converting attention into action.
You’ll help shape our brand voice and our clients’ digital identity across platforms — from engaging captions to performance-backed strategies. If you blend creativity with analytics and instinct with insight, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Develop and execute scroll-stopping content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite
- Create or coordinate visuals aligned with brand tone (Canva/Adobe skills are a plus)
- Monitor trends, memes, and algorithm updates to keep content relevant
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, DMs, and interactions
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Assist in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns
- Collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to maintain brand consistency
You, If You’re the One
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies and audience behavior
- Ability to handle multiple brands and content calendars efficiently
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, GA4, platform insights)
- Basic design knowledge using Canva or Adobe tools
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven
