About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving qualified B2B leads through strategic email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. You will be responsible for building meaningful first conversations, nurturing prospects, and strengthening the sales pipeline through consistent digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B leads using LinkedIn and relevant databases
- Execute cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach strategies
- Personalize outreach messages to improve open and response rates
- Maintain accurate CRM entries including lead status and follow-up tracking
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team to schedule meetings
- Track campaign performance metrics and optimize outreach efforts
- Stay updated with market trends, sales tools, and best outreach practices
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation processes
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Apollo, Instantly (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
